Licensed Physical Therapist (LPT)
Occupational Therapist (OTR)
The Manager coordinates and supervises all operations, maintaining the general efficiency of the department and coordinates business development. In addition to supervisory duties, she/he will also be responsible to oversee patient care programs as appropriate to newborns, infants, children, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics, as needed. May assist in limited case load where qualified.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Bachelor’s or Master’s level graduate from an
accredited college or university for Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, or Athletic
Training.
Required Length and Type of Experience: Minimum of three years of clinical and two years of
Supervisory experience preferred.
Required Licensure, Certification or Registry: Must be licensed by the Occupational Therapy
Section or the Physical Therapy Section of the OT/PT/AT Board or the State of Ohio Athletic
Trainers Section. If an Athletic Trainer, must hold National Athletic Trainer Association
Certification.
