Physical Therapist 1 provide the highest quality age-appropriate care for patients newborn to 21 years of age within the scope of practice and established standards for physical therapy. Physical Therapist 1 function effectively as a member of the rehabilitation team. They support the mission of Children's Healthcare of Atlanta. This role proactively support the efforts that ensure delivery of safe patient care and services and to promote a safe environment at Children's.

Graduate from accredited school with bachelor of science or basic master degree in physical therapy
Proof of Georgia licensure in Physical Therapy or eligible for Georgia licensure and proof of application
CPR Certification
Knowledge of pediatric theory and practice
Excellent oral and written communication skills for effective communication of information
Positive interpersonal skills and ability to function in an interdisciplinary environment
Minimum of one-year pediatric experience in physical therapy and supervisory experience preferred
