Practices physical therapy under the laws and rules of OT/PT/AT Board of the State of Ohio. Implements physical therapy services for patients as appropriate to children, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics, including assessment, treatment, program planning, related documentation, and communication; demonstrate safe and professional behavior as indicated by hospital and department policies; provide education on PT related subjects to patients, clients, families, hospital personnel, and the community.Bachelor or Master level graduate from accredited college or university for Physical Therapy. Preferably one year experience in appropriate clinical area. Must hold current licensure in the State of Ohio.
