- Masters degree is required - Alabama state licensure is required - Appropriate licensure is required BS/MS degree from an accredited program in Physical Therapy. License from the State of Alabama. Two years experience with 1 year in pediatrics preferred. Will consider new graduate if trained by our PT/OT staff.
